Transition, Loss & Trauma
How we are cared for after devastating loss or trauma impacts how we heal. — Kim
We lose many things in life; from marriages, loved ones to death, a home we dearly loved, a treasured friendship, a job that felt perfect. The list could go on and on, right? The truth is, time does not heal some of these losses. In that time of deep sorrow we learn so much about ourselves, our Father and our community. I’ve experienced many traumatic hurts and losses. I identify with the patterns that can set in and cause negative, even toxic thoughts regarding our present as well as our future. In reality, we have the opportunity to grow exponentially through these times.
I’d love to be in your “comfort court” and help you to experience all that God can offer you at this time in your life. I’d love to experience this transition with you and ask the Lord together: “What’s next??” “Who am I really?” “What do you want me to learn from this?” 2 Corinthians 1:3, The Message (MSG)
